Availability

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. When products are shown in varying sizes, a standard set of photographs will be displayed. The item you recieve will be as close to the one photographed as possible.

Availability & pricing of our products are subject to change without notice. Sale prices can change and no reimbursements will be made should the price of your products reduce.

Export of aerosol spray cans is prohibited by all International Postal Services. If you place an international order containing aerosol items, you will be refunded for these items.

The terms above are governed by the laws of England & Wales & any disputes will be conducted only by the Courts of England & Wales.

Discounts & Promotion Codes

Our site does not support automatic VAT removal at present and therefore we use code NOVAT for Non-EU resident customers. This allows removal of VAT via the discount code. This is strictly reserved for Non EU residents. Any customer shipping goods within the EU and using code NOVAT, will be asked to pay the VAT before shipping can take place.

Code FINE10 - This is only available for one single use, on purchases over £40, for new customers.

Guarantee

If any product should fail to meet your expectations please return it to us & we will look into the matter. (see returns policy)

Please note that no leather shoes are guaranteed waterproof unless they carry a waterproof guarantee such as STORMPROOF, GORTEX etc.

Security

All of your transactions are protected by SSL encryption software at checkout.

A series of checks are made on the credit card to enure that the card details given match the billing address. If our system detects any mismatch of credit card information, your order may be immediately cancelled at our discretion. We may also request further information from you including providing evidence of card ownership, or we may contact your bank & the relevant authorities if we suspect any card details or transaction to be fraudulent. This may delay orders but is carried out in the interest of both parties.

However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations.
